Kathy has been around the flooring industry for most of her life. Her late husband Greg started Bee Jay Carpet One Floor & Home along with his father in 1975. After working alongside him as Vice President for 10 years, she now runs the company with the help of her three children. Kathy has been living and breathing the carpet and flooring industry since she met Greg in 1973. While in the position of Vice President, she handled all of the company's orders, entries and claims as well as working the sales floor. Today she runs the company with all the expertise and knowledge of two generations worth of experience. Michael Hendricks, Installation Supervisor

If you want your job schedule to go smooth and timely, Michael is your man. He is the third generation of his family to be involved in the flooring industry and has managed simple one room installs, to 150,000 s/f assisted living commercial properties. Michael also heads up our insurance division. After mastering all aspects of the installation end of the business, and the organizational skills of a business degree, Michael has now tackled the Installation Supervisor position here at Bee Jay Carpet One. Michael follows your job form the time of receiving your material, to the time our installers leave your newly updated home. He also measures, estimates and organizes all of our insurance claim customers as well as handling many of our commercial projects.start to finish.

Valerie Hendricks-Adams, Office Manager

Valerie has been with Bee Jay Carpet One for over 7 years. Multi-tasking is the name of the game. Whether you have a question about a product, or about our financing, she has all the answers and can put you in contact with who you need to speak to. Valerie has been another family member that has grown up with the business. Valerie handles all the accounts payable, ordering and claims as well as being another member of our excellent sales professional team.

Mike Lindmeier, Measure / Estimator

When it comes to figuring and estimating, Mike is the best! Mike has been with Bee Jay Carpet One for over 25 years and has seen all types of flooring applications. No matter what the floor, or the application, Mike has the solution. Through dedication and experience, Mike has mastered the estimating skills needed to provide our customers with the knowledge and know-how to get the job done right.
